Steamed Minced Pork Patty with Dried Squid and Water Chestnuts (IDDSI Lv5)

Ingredients: Pork, water chestnuts, water, dried squid, dried scallops, whey protein powder, potato starch, soy sauce.

Serving Direction
Individually frozen. Ready to heat and serve.

Steam

1. Place the product in 0–4°C to defrost for about 8 hours until softened.
2. Remove the plastic bag before heating, and cover to prevent steam water from dripping into the food.
3. Place the patties in a steamer and steam for 15–20 minutes.

Microwave

1. Place the product in 0–4°C to defrost for about 8 hours until softened.
2. Remove the plastic bag before heating, and cover to prevent the food from drying out.
3. Heat in a microwave (700W) for 2–4 minutes.

Pan-Frying

1. Place the product in 0–4°C to defrost for about 8 hours until softened, and remove all packaging before heating.
2. Preheat a flat pan over low heat with a little oil to prevent sticking.
3. Pan-fry over low heat for 1–2 minutes on one side until the bottom is golden, flip and fry for another 1–2 minutes, gently press with a spatula, and serve once both sides are golden.

Important Notes:

1. Product will be very hot after heating; handle with care and consume as soon as possible.
2. Do not heat the plastic pouch directly in the microwave to avoid bursting and causing danger.
