Cooking / Heating Instructions

Microwave Method

Step 1: Defrost the soft meal at room temperature until it reaches room temperature, or thaw it in the refrigerator at 4°C overnight.
Step 2: Peel off the plastic lid before heating.
Step 3: Microwave at 700W for 60–70 seconds. Additional heating time can be added if needed to ensure the core reaches a warm temperature.
